Identified -
Currently some customers cannot access intellifo office, receiving the message: "This page is not working. office.gb.intellifo.net is unable to handle this request right now."
Our technical teams have identified the root cause and created a solution. We plan to deploy this solution into production today, 19th March, between 13:00 GMT and 13:30 GMT. You may experience temporary disruptions during this time, including being logged out of the system.
Please ensure you save all your work before the update begins to avoid any loss of data.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Just to let you know we are still investigating, and are pulling out all the stops to resolve this issue.
As soon as we have found the fix we'll let you know, until then we'll keep you posted each hour whether there have been changes to the status or not.
