Resolved - This incident is now resolved. Full access to the Personal Finance Portal (PFP) has been restored and all login services are operating normally.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented, and we are seeing successful client logins resume across the Personal Finance Portal. We are continuing to monitor system performance and stability closely before declaring the incident fully resolved.

21-10-2026 - Precautionary take-down of intelliflo.com marketing website
Resolved - The mitigations implemented in response to the recently disclosed industry-wide security issue have now been completed. PHP has been patched on intelliflo.com, and the additional protective measures put in place have been reviewed and validated.

intelliflo office remains fully secure and operational, and at no point was customer access impacted. Our monitoring and investigations have identified no evidence of customer data being compromised or exposed.

No action is required from you. We will continue to monitor our environment as part of our normal operational processes.

Update - intelliflo office remains fully secure and operational

Following recent industry reports about a security issue affecting some websites and web-hosted services, we were considering taking our corporate marketing website, intelliflo.com, offline as a precaution.

For now, our hosting infrastructure has been blocked from the internet, and additional protections have been put in place for intelliflo.com. As a result, we have not needed to take the website offline.

intelliflo office is not affected. Customer access remains secure, and our teams are closely monitoring the situation.
