Good news! We have completed the final part of the AWS migration. We have been running tests and continue to do further testing. We are also monitoring for the remainder of the Jubilee holiday.
We have brought our solutions back online. This means you can now access intelliflo office, planning, and personal finance portal. Our APIs are also available again, and all automated processes are up to date, such as income matching and valuations. We do not anticipate needing to bring our solutions offline again for the remainder of our testing or monitoring.
Thank you for your patience and support whilst we finalised this significant platform upgrade.

On Thursday 2nd June starting at 08.00 BST we’ll be completing the final part of our AWS migration. This work is important as it will enable us to continue to scale and build for your future. The work is scheduled to complete by the end of Sunday 5th June 2022.
Therefore, on Thursday 2nd June from 08:00 BST intelliflo office, intelliflo personal finance portal, intelliflo planning and our APIs will be unavailable as we require downtime of our solutions to complete this work to ensure both the integrity of the data and a smooth transition.
We expect to bring the solutions back online at some point on Friday 3rd June. However, there is a possibility of sporadic downtime over the course of 3rd, 4th and 5th June as we complete the remaining parts of the migration work and testing.
Once all work and testing are completed, all areas and services will be available again.
The dates proposed are subject to change based on the outcome of our final preparation work. We appreciate that there is never a good time to take the system offline; however, we aim to reduce the disruption by choosing the Queen's Jubilee bank holiday.
