Update
We continue to monitor the situation at this time, whilst records are updated and displayed within intelliflo office. It is now anticipated that all newly created clients and any data changes made will be completed by tomorrow morning.

A further update will be posted should anything change and we thank you for your continued patience.

A fix has been implemented and is being monitored at this time.

Throughout today, newly created client records will become available. This also includes any updates made to existing client records to be updated and displayed on UDMI reports as well.

Identified
It has been observed that newly created client records may not be searchable via the Quick Search & Adviser Workplace search routes. This also means any updates to client records, will not be reflected on UDMI reports at this moment in time.

A root cause has been found and our technical teams are working to resolve the matter. Further updates will be provided throughout the day.
