Update
At this time work is ongoing to rectify the matter and we continue to monitor the progress of the outstanding income lines that require allocation. We're hopeful that this will complete as part of tonight's overnight run and will post a further update in the morning.

Identified
Some of our customers may be experiencing that their income line items may not have been allocated as expected overnight. This has been caused due to a delay in the auto-matching process that takes place.

Our Technical teams have since identified the issue and we are now seeing movement in the income lines being allocated, which will take place over the course of the day.

We are experiencing some delays with the overnight income processing job within intelliflo office.

This morning, those who are processing income may find that it will take some time to complete the actions of allocating line items or completing month ends and payment runs.

We are currently investigating to resolve this as quickly as possible.
