Great news - the issue is now fully resolved!

Quick note, only during this time, you may have also experienced a delay in workflow tasks being generated. This was a knock-on effect from today's incident and the workflow service is also now working, with all tasks now created as expected.

Delighted to say that the issue has been resolved.

During this time you may have experienced:
- Access issues to intellio office
- If already logged in at the time of the incident. You may have faced slowness navigating around the system, system errors and 503/502 Time Out warning messages.
- intellifo office branding may have unexpectedly changed as well.

The development team will continue to monitor this before closing the incident. and we'll let you know as soon as the issue is fully resolved.

We're pleased to say the root cause of the issue has now been identified and a fix is currently being implemented.

Please note at this time it is possible that your intellifo office branding may have changed unexpectedly as a result of this issue.

intellifo personal finance portal is not impacted and working as expected and for those of you who use our intellifo planning solution will still be able to access this feature by using the following link: https://planning.gb.intelliflo.net/

We're hoping this won't take long, and we'll let you know here as soon as it's been resolved.

Update
Customers who were already logged in at the time of the incident will be experiencing issues when navigating around. This will include system errors and 503/502 Time Out warning messages and is part of the same issue.
